Army Ten-Miler / Hooah Tent Tradition

The 32nd edition of the Army's annual Army Ten-Miler (ATM) is 09 Oct in Washington, DC at the Pentagon. Produced by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW), this traditional Army classic attracts over 35,000 military and civilian runners from around the world.

The HTZ tradition started back in the early 90's when a few commands arranged for tents on race day to support their teams and show their Army spirit. Over the years, that tradition has grown to include over 90 tents.

This featured post-race activity features U.S. military commands from around the world that support their teams, promote their mission, and promote their "Army Spirit". Runners and spectators interact with Soldiers, experience the esprit de corps, and enjoy the festive activities that the Hooah Tents offer.

Time: Race starts at 8:00am at the Pentagon. The Wounded Warrior & Wheelchair athletes start at 7:50am.

Location: Pentagon Reservation
