M. Sue Bozgoz

President and Chief Executive Officer

M. Sue Bozgoz is a war veteran who was born in June 1964. She was raised in Tacoma, Washington, Honolulu Hawaii, and Columbus, Georgia. Her heritage includes: Hawaiian, Chinese, Indian and African-American. She entered the Army in May 1986 as a commissioned second lieutenant in the Ordnance Corps. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Biology and Chemistry from Auburn University. She holds a Masters of Organizational Management from Phoenix University. Her military education includes completion of the Ordnance Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Army Command and General Staff College, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Advance Logistics Operation Course, Contracting Officer Representative Course, Army Logistics Management College, OSHA Safety Course, Department of Defense Emergency Preparedness Course, Maintenance Management Course and ROTC Instructor certification.LTC Bozgoz (Retired) held a wide variety of important command and staff positions culminating in her assignment as a Homeland Security (HLS) Planner/Action Officer for Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions, I-V, 26, HLS Crisis Action Team Member in Joint Operations Center, Planner, Coordinator, and Collaborator for Defense Support to Civil Authorities and Quick Reactionary Commander under General Honore. She is a Project Manager skilled in full range Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics and versed in implementing Performance Base Logistics (PBL) and all primary tenants of PBL to include Joint Independent Logistics and Human Systems Integrated Assessment, Logistics Demonstrations, and Life Cycle Logistics Support Services in material management, material handling, procurement, training, maintenance, and automation logistics to include asset visibility and customer service help desk.

Willie Lovelace Jr.

Executive VP, Business Development and Chief Operations Officer

Willie Lovelace Jr. is a Maryland-based Executive Vice President with E2 International Inc. -- providing scientific and technology consulting, program management support and system solutions to clients across the federal government and in commercial markets. In addition to his functional responsibilities, Mr. Lovelace is responsible for fostering and capturing Civil and Government Market Technology business.

Raised in Pensacola, Florida, Mr. Lovelace was commissioned an Ensign in the U.S. Navy in 1985 and held a wide range of command, leadership, and management positions. Amassing a 23-year career, his leadership assignments include: Combat Systems Officer, USS Vandegrift; Executive Officer, USS McClusky, a guided missile frigate in San Diego, CA; and as Navy Branch Chief and Team Chief for US Central Command (CENTCOM) during the build-up and execution of combat operations in Afghanistan, and again in Iraq. His last assignment was as Battle Watch Captain for the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Washington, DC.

Prior to joining E2 International Inc., Mr. Lovelace was a Program Analyst with CAS System Solutions (a subsidiary of ITT, Inc) and a Senior Research Scientist with Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI), Columbus, Ohio. In these positions, he focused on defense acquisition, program management, requirements and capabilities analysis, and program risk assessment. By leveraging expertise in defense strategy, organization, analytics, technology and operations, he was able to anticipate, identify and address clients’ specific needs while looking for smart applications of management and technology consulting solutions to solve their most complex problems.

Mr. Lovelace earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida; and a Master of Military Arts and Science from the US Army’s Command and General Staff College (CGSC).
